The main exception was the rate of sexual assaults which have increased to twice the state average in the 12 months to September 2013, which is calculated by the number of recorded incidents per 100,000 population.
In the last year, there have been 12 sexual assaults in the Forbes LGA, up from 9 incidents the previous year.
The latest figures also reveal that stealing from a person in the Forbes LGA is down to just 0.1 times the state average, which is the only other significant change from last years figures.
Parkes LGA also recorded an increase in the rate of sexual assaults, which are 2.4 times the state average.
Indecent assaults, and stealing from a dwelling are also up, and are at least twice the state average.
On the whole, the number of major offences has also remained stable in Parkes.
Encouragingly, the figures show that the percentage of violent offences in the Central West has decreased by 4.4 percent over the last two years with a 1.6 percent decrease over the last five years, however, it is still 1.4 times the NSW rate.
