From the break of dawn until sundown, events all around town will offer locals a chance to stop and reflect.
Those wishing to participate in the dawn service are asked to assemble at the Forbes Services Memorial Club at 5.15am.
From there, early risers will leave to march to the cenotaph in Victoria Park at 5.20am before the service begins at 5.30am.
Everyone is then invited to breakfast at the Forbes Services Memorial Club following the dawn service at 7am.
The Anzac Day march will begin at 10.15am, with those marching asked to assemble at 10am in Cross Street.
The march will then go down Lachlan Street, ending at the cenotaph for the mid morning service beginning at 10.30am.
The service will feature a reading of extracts from T. E. Drane’s diary of the Gallipoli landing by Andrew Drane.
A luncheon will also be available at the services club bistro at own cost, with meal vouchers available for sub-branch members.
Finally, the retreat, or lowering of the flag, will be at 5pm back at the cenotaph.
