On Monday night in Canberra, Mr Simpson was presented with the Ray White Premier Award by chairman of Ray White Rural, Paul White.
Mr Simpson received the award on behalf of the whole Ray White group which includes businesses right across Australia and in America, China and Indonesia.
“It’s great to receive this award...I couldn’t have done it without the amazing support of our team,” he said.
“I hope to win a lot more and continue to serve the rural community in this area.”
Mr Simpson opened Ray White Rural Forbes just 18 months ago, but he has been part of the group for five years and a real estate agent for a decade.
He said his business, which provides retail service up to three hours in any direction from Forbes, is unique in that it only sells only rural property and no residential blocks.
Mr Simpson’s approach to his business has seen him receive many awards in recent years.
In 2012 he won rural property marketer of the year and was a finalist in the Real Estate Institute of NSW rural marketing awards and just last year Mr Simpson won the Best Campaign Award Ray White Rural and Livestock Awards.
Mr Simpson’s most recent Premier Award was based on his high sales results from 2014.
