They brought to life the Rural Fire Service mural and a great likeness of the late RFS captain and character Theo Wykamp.
Next to the fire mural other artists set about creating the inside of a shearing shed, which is still to be completed.
The movie posters of ‘Elephant Walk’ and ‘Curly Top’ on the old theatre wall look fantastic.
The artists love coming to Eugowra as they are well looked after. This year they enjoyed a dinner at Eat Your Greens on Friday evening and then at the Bowling Club on Saturday evening.
In between they were treated to tasty food from the CWA, Lady Bushranger, Danny and Dianne and a big ‘thank you’ to all the kind people who billeted them.
It was a great weekend and wonderful to see so many visitors around the town, especially on Sunday.
Everyone seemed to be in great spirits and the artists continued painting under their tarpaulin covers despite a shower or two.
Top marks to Jodie Greenhalgh and her helpers - a job well done.
