The big top will be in town for three days, from July 7-9 at the Forbes Showgrounds.
This is the first time Circus Royale has come to Forbes and owner and ringmaster Damian Syred said it will be well worth the wait.
With a team of 40 different performers from eight different countries as well as tail wagging dogs, dancing horses, and camel calves, Syred says it will be his “best show yet”.
All the fun will start in the second week of the school holidays, and Syred said he hopes Circus Royale will give children in the area something to look forward to.
“I really like seeing children get to feel that same circus magic I experienced as a young child,” he said.
“Going to the circus, entering the big tent, seeing dancing horses, funny clowns, tail wagging dogs, smelling popcorn and sawdust are all magic through the eyes of a child.”
Perhaps the most anticipated attraction of the big top will be the ‘Globe of Death’, which involves three professional motorbike riders perform tricks at up to 80km/hr in a steel dome.
Other features of the program will be a variety of animal acts, clowns, child jugglers deemed “better than the adults” and a human slinky.
Tickets cost $15 for children and $25 for adults and can be purchased online at www.circusroyale.com or by phoning 0410 669 253.
