The new partnership program, developed by Ray White’s head office, will give Forbes North financial support, as well as access to volunteers for fundraising efforts and other events.
Forbes North were successful in being chosen for the partnership program after a stringent selection process involving many schools in the Forbes shire.
Principal of Forbes North Steve McAlister said the partnership will make a meaningful difference to the school’s community.
“It’s a real benefit to us to have a group who just want to contribute to the school, and support our staff, families and the community that we support,” Mr McAlister said.
“To have Ray White Rural onside to support everyone in the Forbes North community is just wonderful.”
Ray White Rural’s Ian Simpson said he hoped the partnership would help create and develop exciting events and initiatives for Forbes North.
“I wanted to think of a way to put back into the community, and the school partnership program does that,” he said.
“It’s really a program that says, whenever you need something let us know and we’ll contribute in any which way we can.”
