Shannon Bermingham has opened the doors of Forbes Central Butchery this week and has an extensive selection of meats to tantalise the taste buds of customers.

Shannon and his team have 67 years experience in the butchery field between them and can help customers with all their meat pack and barbecue pack needs.
They stock all the favourites including sausages, rissoles, steaks, lamb chops/cutlets, roasting portions, chicken and pork. They also offer home delivery within town limits.
You can be assured that their produce is quality with the team’s sausages winning the Central West Gourmet and Continental Kings competition in 2012, 2014 and 2015.
They also came a close second in 2013.
Be sure to come in on Thursday as Shannon and his team will have some of their gourmet sausages and “flavour of the week” sausages frying up for customers to come in and taste test.
Each week the “flavour of the week” sausages will be advertised on their specials board and on their Facebook page. This week’s specials are bone in blade steak $9.99/kg, diced beef $9.99/kg, flavoured sausages $10.99/kg and steakettes $13.99/kg.
