Police said that a local hotel was broken into and an alarm was triggered.
A local barbershop was also broken into.
A police forensic team will attend to gather fingerprints.
The Harley Davidson was stolen from a trailer parked near Lake Forbes and was still missing at time of publication.
Police descriped the distinctive bike as black with ape-hanger (tall) handlebars and blue flames on the tank.
It has a Queensland registration plate 888IU.
The mobile coolroom was stolen from the Calarie Road area.
It is on a green trailer with NSW number plate S66664, the coolroom is white with writing.
Police are asking anyone with information or anyone who sees the stolen bike or coolroom to contact them.
Police are also investigating a break-in at a roadhouse on the Newell Highway south of Forbes about 5am Monday.
Offenders forced entry to the roadhouse, triggering an alarm.
Police attended a short time later and while they did not see offenders, it appears the offenders left in a hurry.
“It appears the offenders left in a hurry as they left equipment behind,” a police spokesperson said.
“They brought equipment that would enable them to remove the safe.
“It appears they were intent on stealing the safe, but it was intact.”
Police believe offenders did steal some smaller items.
