Artists and sign writers have travelled from all over the state to paint up a storm this weekend.
The planned murals to be painted this year include the Imperial picture theatre, which will be on the side of the supermarket wall as this was the original picture theatre.
The theatre was also the venue for many balls and concerts, even in the time that the picture theatre was operating.
St Mary McKillop with the original hall and the convent, along with the Fat Lamb Hotel, will be painted onto panels and then placed in the positions where they are to go.
The NSW Utility Dog Trials are planned for the Showground - Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting each day at 8am. Entry is free.
There will be a commissioning service of the new bell tower in honour of the late Ernest Howell at the Welsh Memorial Church at 10am on Sunday with all invited.
With the planned Bike and Car show on Sunday, the swap meet, both of which will be run by the Lions Club, and ‘pop up’ stalls there should be something to keep tourists and locals entertained.
The Golden Eagles Rugby League Club has a home game on Sunday so with all the activities that are going on why not go out and enjoy all that is on offer.
