Forbes Shire Council is sponsoring the weekly classes, which are led by instructors Cheryl Shirvington and Sandra Nicholson.
Ms Shirvington says tai chi is for everybody in the community and has many, many health benefits.
“It’s easy to do and a lot of fun, come along and give it a try,” she said.
The free tai chi classes are on each Tuesday from 10-11am at the Uniting Church Hall in Browne Street.
The class is followed by a free morning tea for participants.
