Lachlan River Archers have cancelled this Sunday's shoot, but are hoping for fine weather to prepare for the state titles they are hosting in August.
Forbes archers had a very modified shoot on June 19 with only four members attending and shooting 10 targets in very ordinary conditions.

The price you have to pay for such picturesque surrounds on the banks of the Lachlan River is that sometimes the river will come out of its banks which is happening at the moment.
The usually dry first gully is running and is impassable.
