The dance program of the Eisteddfod has been running since last Saturday and has seen some very talented young dancers take the stage with some beautiful performances.
Many Forbes dancers have been competing in solo sections, with close to 20 local groups lined up to perform on Sunday.
Kristen’s Dance Studio has had about 20 soloists competing this past week, many of which have claimed prizes in their respective sections.
Director Kristen Woods is thrilled with the results.
“I’m very proud of all my dancers, it’s nice to do well in their home town,” she said.
The Eisteddfod will wrap up on Sunday with what many consider the highlight of the program – the group dances.
Sunday’s program will begin at 10am with the afternoon session on at 2pm.
The grand concert will be at Forbes Town Hall on Saturday, July 23.
