It peaked at Jemalong at 7.41m at 6.45am on Wednesday with minor flooding expected at Condobolin from early August.
The end of the week and the weekend could well be bringing a chance to dry out with clearing rain and slightly warmer daytime maximum temperatures.
It should be a welcome break in the weather, with no further rainfall predicted until Monday – 80 percent chance of up to 5mm according to the Bureau of Meteorology, and daily top temperatures hovering between 12 and 16.
