Our supply of cowboy books is running low again. Please return any that you have finished. Thanks.
Donations for our Christmas stocking and our groceries basket are still needed. Please leave goods at the Op Shop during business hours.
Raffles – The winner of the Wok and goods will be on display in the window of the Op Shop. Congratulations.
The garden parcel is to be drawn on August 19. Our Father’s Day parcel will be drawn on September 2. Tickets are $1 each from the Op Shop.
Bingo – We had 21 players at our bingo on July 25. Thanks for braving the cold. Tresna’s Maree won the first hand, with Tresna winning the lucky door prize.
Sandra Rydell won the raffle. I was lucky enough to win the first special hand and Macka’s Mrs won the second. Thanks to Forbes Services Memorial Club, Gay Lady’s Granddaughter, Loretta Girl, Lily, Cindy, Lee’s Nana, Felix, Bubbly Bev and Macka’s Mrs for donations and help on the night. See you next time, August 8.
Our Saturday bingo is held weekly at 2pm in the Services Club. The more players, the larger the cash prizes. See you there.
Until next week, keep shining. Gay Lady’s Granddaughter.
