The Magpies finished the regular season in fourth but proved too strong for the second-placed Raiders at Caltex Park taking out their semi final 40-20.
The win came seven days after the Magpies beat Parkes Spacemen in week one of the finals.
The Magpies will now look to earn a spot in the grand final in the preliminary final at Parkes next Sunday and Magpies manager Cameron Greenhalgh said they liked their chances.
“Nyngan and CYMS have been good. We haven’t beaten CYMS and had a win and a loss against Nyngan.
“Whoever we play, it’s going to be tough and we need to be 10 per cent better against one of those sides.
“I’m sure we can do that,” he said.
Greenhalgh said there were no injuries and was confident that everyone would be ready for Sunday’s grand final qualifier.
Magpies hope a large contingent of supporters will make the trip to Parkes.
