Police stopped a white Holden sedan at 3.30am last Monday in Grenfell Street.
The had cause to search the occupants of the vehicle and seized a small amount of what is alleged to be cannabis from the driver.

A 23-year-old Forbes man will be issued with a traffic infringement notice for disobeying a "Road Closed" sign in relation to flood waters.
About 12pm on Sunday police received a number of complaints from the community of vehicles driving through floodwaters.
Police observed a white utility driving through floodwaters in the area of River Road and Wambat Street.
Police are urgently reminding all motorists and residents that driving through flood waters is not only dangerous, but if roads are closed it is also an offence.
Please don't put yourselves and any emergency personnel at risk.
