Proceedings will commence with the flag raising (at the club) at 11am and the singing of the National Anthem.
Cabonne councillors Janelle Culverson and Kevin Walker will represent Council at Eugowra.
They will be presenting the Citizen of the Year, Junior Citizen of the Year and the Community Group of the Year awards to the relevant recipients.
Eugowra's special guest speaker, in place of an ambassador, will be former resident and well known identity, Warren 'Wizza' Welsh.
He will be presenting the Appreciation Certificates and the Event of the Year award.
Following official proceedings a light lunch will be served with a request for ladies to please take a plate of food to share.
