Friday was sizzling hot, some members went on a tourist drive to Historical Hill end while another went sightseeing along some dusty back roads to Mudgee.
The others took refuge in the camp kitchen with a spray mist sprinkler system set up by one of innovative member to keep cool.
Saturday was still piping hot however that didn’t stop us from visiting Mudgee for coffee and cake while others shopped for table decorations for our dinner that night at the Gold and Fleece Hotel.
Saturday night with the red and white theme (Valentines) we had a lovely dinner together at the Gold and Fleece Hotel Windeyer.
A great weekend to start the travelling year.
