Mayor Graeme Miller, a former captain of the school, cut a birthday cake with current school captain Koby Quirk.
Students presented artworks showing “what school means to me” while staff went through the archives to fill the hall with memorabilia of the school in days gone by.
P and C president Laurinda Ray said popular events on the day included the dunking machine – with students keen to drop their teachers in the water tank.
The Hulk and Spiderman-themed Sumo wrestling costumes were very popular.
The day was one of games, fun and memories for both current and former staff and students of the school.
