At the clinic there were 65 Ladies from far and wide so I thought I would pass on a few tips each week from the experts. Jenny Sevil topic was "The Mind Game" No 1.
Delete all negative thought as you walk up to the first tee. No 2.
Always pick a target to concentrate on. No 3. Commit to the shot. No 4. Never say out loud that you have had a bad shot.
Finally at the end of golf if your asked how was your day? and you have had a shocker just remember one good hole and say "well the best hole today was 13th" !!! everyone has at least one good hole.
