Last Saturday Eugowra Golden Eagles hosted the Woodbridge Cup 10's on the Ian Walsh Football Oval which looked amazing.

Participating teams were from Eugowra, Canowindra, Cargo, Manildra, Peak Hill, Condobolin, Burrangong, Grenfell and Trundle.
Before Eugowra commenced playing a minute's silence was held for former Eagles player, Leon Goodwin.
The players looked good as they headed into their first game for the day defeating Cargo 21-10. Try scorers were Peter Barnes (2), Mitch Davis, Mitch Hutchings and Tom Bateson.
Next up the Eagles played Condobolin and in a close game came away with a 12-10 win. Tries to Joel Cross, Luke Barnes and Joe Todd.
This put the Eagles into the Grand Final against Grenfell- in a hard game Grenfell won 13-4 with a try to Peter Barnes.
The season kicks off this weekend with the Eagles and the Geagles travelling to Grenfell. The Geagles game starts at 12.40 and the first game at 2pm.
