Police said the car was stolen from Stonham Street about midnight Anzac Day and found about eight hours later.
A 29-year-old woman was refused police bail on Wednesday evening after being charged with traffic matters and possessing a prohibited drug.
Her arrest followed a short pursuit in the CBD about 5.40pm after she failed to stop for a police vehicle.
