Netballers get Crazy for Cancer Research: Saturday May 27, is the day all Forbes netballers will go Crazy for Cancer Research, when they will join netball associations all over the state, raising money for The Kids Cancer Project. Forbes NA has signed up for the Crazy Hair and Sock Day, where all Forbes players who are playing in the Saturday competition, will dress up in their crazy socks, do their crazy hair, and crazy dress, to raise much needed funds for child cancer research.
This day is a regular on the calendar of the FNA, where thousands of dollars are raised each year, while players forget their team uniforms, and come along and have fun dressing up in their carzy gear. All players must be wearing joggers for safety requirements.

The competitions have been played since February. Finals will be played on June 7 between the two top teams. Best and fairest awards will also be presented to a player in each division. This award is selected by the umpires each week, and a tally is done at the end of the competition.
