Anne Stewart and Lorraine Todd organised the event with all members providing some delicious food.
The proceeds will to Cancer Council from just 26 people on the day raised a fantastic $162.15 for this worthy cause.
Next monthly birthday gathering will be on Tuesday, June 6 at the Sport and Recreation Club.
Lunch will be preceded by a general meeting for all members, so please come along to offer your suggestions to better our club

Aussie Saturday, May 20: Following a beautiful 37 mls rain on Friday afternoon/night the skies cleared and there was 19 who came out to enjoy what was a lovely day for the outdoors
I must mention here how brilliantly the newer players have progressed, playing great competitive games, but still having a good laugh along the way.
Someone commented “How can you play such a good game one day and a lousy game the next”.
Well I thought about this and it seems to happen in all sports –If we knew the answer to this, there would be some real challenges happening.
As it is the success is shared so we all feel good about the games we win. Happy Croqueting win or lose, The Company is great and we are out in the great outdoors, exercising.
