Nathan Phillip Forrester pleaded guilty before Forbes Local Court to driving with a low range PCA in Flint Street in March.
A Random Breath Test conducted by police returned a positive result.
Forrester was placed on a Mandatory Interlock Order for two years.
A 34-year-old has also been fined $700 and disqualified for 12 months after driving a motor vehicle with a suspended licence.
