Wednesday at One: Last Wednesday it was rain, hail and shine! But still Barry Shine and Ray Sanderson were keen for a game. Rob Priest and Barry Shine clocked up a good win from Peter Mackay and Ray Sanderson.

INDOOR BOWLS
Not sure what Squirt was wearing on his feet Monday night but they were very bright and dazzling.
Speedy the King actually took the jack off twice and even bowled once on the wrong bias. Pressure was on.
Melody played really, really well and the old fox must have been frustrated because I heard him say he needed a beer.
Blossom took the jack off twice, but Melody made it hard by putting the jack - twice - very close to the edge of the mat.
Winners were Heather, Kingsley, Sandy and John with 14 points. Runners up were Wayne, Connie, Wendy and Ian 10 points.
