Major semi finals will be played this weekend. The winner of the major semis will go straight through to the grand final, and the loser will play the winner of last week's minor semi finals, in the final on August 19. Grand finals and annual presentations are on August 26. All players in Divisions 2 and 3, and not playing in the grand final will be presented with participation certificates, with many other awards to be announced.

Best and Fairest nominees are: Division 1-Ellen McLinden, Ellie Flick, Kerrie Priest, Jess Lawler. Division 2-Lauren Bate, Skye McDonald, Tanesha Riddle, Shyeka Griffiths. Division 3-Chiara Calvani, Lilli Cronin, Polly Garland, Hannah Williams, Jess Hoey, Claire Turner, Amelia Hodges, Ella White, Matilda Cronin.

Draw for Major semi finals August 12 9am Division 1 Crt 4 Open Black versus Hannahs T.  10.05am NetSetGo.  Crt August 7 NSG skills and NSG competition. 11.10am Division 2. Crt 4 Magpies versus Swifts. 11.10am Division 3 Crt 2 Possums versus Joeys.

Results minor semi finals: Division 1 Pink Ds 35 defeated Lightning 8. Pink Ds had a good lead at the half time break, leading 14-5. Lightning kept the pressure on, but could not close the gap. Best players for Pink Ds were Libby Mylecharane, Ellie Flick and Gi Gi Stitt, and Best players for Lightning were Natalie Parslow and Bridie Herron. Pink Ds will now go into the final to play the loser of this week's major semi finals. Division 2 Vixens won on a forfeit from Giants. Vixens now play in the final against the loser of the major semi final this weekend. Division 3 Wallabies 14 defeated Koalas 7. Wallabies just managing to score the goals at the right time in the quarters. Best players for Wallabies were Alice Mattiske and Chaira Calvani and for Koalas were Poppy Constable and Tess Worland. Wallabies will now go on to play in the final against the loser of the major semi final this weekend.
