Rod Besgrove and John Lasker have operated the Lachlan Street store for 22 years – the business had been in operation for many years before that.
“We wish to advise residents that we are intending to close the business at the end of December this year,” Mr Besgrove said.
He said they had decided “it was time” and wished to give their customers a chance to pick up supplies locally.
