All members are remindered that all bi-monthly meetings will now start at 7pm. 

Results of the Forbes S.S.A.A. .22 calibre rimfire rifle shoot on Wednesday November 1. The weather was warm with a south westerly breeze at 20kph and a temperature of 23degrees. 

The range officers were Brian Neilsen and Bruce Runchel.

Results of the Forbes S.S.A.A. .22 rimfire rifle shoot held on Sunday November 5, 2017. The weather was warm with slight breeze from the south west at 15kph and the temperature was 29degrees.

Range officers were; David Coleman and John Dean.

The results of the 25metre Fox target shoot were: John Dunkley, 279/280; Allan Belcher, 277/280; Mal Smith, 273/280; John Dean, 269/280; David Coleman, 263/280; Dennis Finn, 261/280; Jane Coleman, 251/280; Micheal Buttriss, 249/280 and Joseph Johansson 225/280.  

The results of the 50metre Fox target shoot were; John Dunkley, 235/250; John Dean, 231/250; Allan Belcher, 225/250; Dennis Finn, 212/250; David Coleman, 208/250; Micheal Buttriss, 199/250; Mal Smith, 195/250 and Jane Coleman, 182/250.  

The results of the 75metre Fly target shoot were; John Dean, 105/120; Allan Belcher, 102/120; John Dunkley, 101/120; David Coleman, 84/120 and Jane Coleman, 68/120.

The next sporting shooters .22 calibre and other rimfire rifle (.22 magnum or.17HMR) shoot will be held on Wednesday November 15,  2017 starting at 3pm. The next Sunday shoot will be on November 19, 2017 starting at 10am.  All target shooters are welcome to attend. Any person wishing to try rifle or shotgun shooting can take part after filling out a P650 form at the club. Junior shooters must be 12 years or over.

The next shoot for the sporting clays will be held Sunday, November 12 starting at 1pm. This shoot will be a 75 target handicap five stand shoot (depending on the weather a 75 target handicap field shoot may be held).
