Two games of social play and three games of Consistency Pairs. This was enjoyed with teams vying to reach 120 points first The closest four bowls are scored to ten and each player used two bowls each. Jan Waugh and Pam Stevens won their game against Margaret O’Connell and Connie Skinner 121-119 in a very close finish Mary Everson and Sandra Priest defeated Anne Walker and Judy McLuckie 120-80. Colleen Liebich and Lyn Elliott winning over Ann Mackay and Leslie Dunstan122-108

The social games saw Anne Nixon Hazel Prince and Judy Girot defeat Loris Stewart Noela Girot and Alison Cutcliffe and Alice Allen Carmel Murray and Lyn Simmonds defeat Glenys Ryan Kay Toohey and Pat Hodson in the triples games The winning rink of the day went to Judy Girot’s team and Carmel Murray was the lucky winner of the meat tray

Happy Birthday to Jan Waugh and Ann Mackay  who will both celebrate this week We were very happy to see Glenys Ryan again on the green and also Anne Walker having a roll up with another potential player who has moved to Forbes We welcome all new players to our friendly group on Wednesdays

Tomorrow will see Hazel Prince and Judy Girot versus Loris Stewart and Annette Tisdell play Consistency Pairs. Colleen’s team play Mary’s team in the second round. A Committee meeting will be after bowls the organisers of the Pairs Competition to be played over two days December 2-3. For social bowls tomorrow call between 8.30am and 9am for a 9.30am start.
