After running La Foret Enchantee as a luxury escape for the past 27 years, the owners are selling up, which means this property could be yours - for the reduced sum of $2,495,000 (it was originally listed for more than $4 million).
"When you arrive, there is the turning circle out the front - so it's great for weddings," said Stocker Preston Dunsborough director Louis De Chiera. "It's also got the helipad, so people can fly into the property. It's the ultimate luxury retreat."
Conjuring images of Paris' Arc de Triomphe, the grand French iron entrance of the property entices guests into the 3.5 hectare estate. On the sprawling site are two villas, la Cabine and il Palazzo and one manager's residence, Mezziere.

"It's going to be a game changer for the region - it's really going to open up opportunities for the tourism industry," he said.
The buyer will likely be someone who wants to run a business and live on site, or buy the property as a family holiday compound, he said. The current owners run it at low occupancy with higher rent, but you could flip that scenario.
"For someone looking from a business point of view, you could really ramp that side of things up if you wanted to," he said. "It offers a unique bush setting but also a lot of different opportunities."
