The RFSA Scholarship will help Gabe complete a Diploma in Leadership and Management at the Forbes TAFE.
Gabe is the Administration Officer based at Forbes Fire Control Centre and is a passionate and dedicated employee of the NSW Rural Fire Service.
She has been working with the organisation in Forbes, headquarters for 3000 volunteers, for a little more than five years.
Her citation described her exemplary service to volunteers and high level support to the management team.
While she works in administration side of the RFS, she loves that her role serves the community and gives her the opportunity to work with many diverse volunteers.
Superintendent Ken Neville said that the staff and volunteers appreciate everything that Gabe does for the team and congratulated her on her scholarship.
