Your new company
Join a diverse company that specialises in providing freight delivery and depot collection services around Australia as a Customer Service Representative in their Notting Hill office.

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in assisting with customer enquiries, concerns and issues, as well as:

  • Provide customers with regular and accurate updates
  • Quoting customers with service they need
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Liaising with Clients for job bookings
  • Liaising for picks ups and deliveries

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong customer service skills and experience, including:

  • Demonstrated ability to work with KPI's and targets
  • Driven, outgoing and a positive outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience within the contact centre industry (desirable)
  • PR/AU citizens (required)
