Maintenance Officer | Permanent Opportunity

Your new company
This Aged Care Not-For-Profit organisation requires a highly skilled all-rounder maintenance officer to complete reactive and preventative repairs at a facility based in Melbourne’s Western suburbs. This role would be a permanent full-time position.

Your new role
You will be required to service the facility, completing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, including but not limited too;

• Patch & Paint
• Changing door locks
• Repairing damaged fixtures
• Furniture removal
• Changing lights
• Basic carpentry
• Basic plumbing
• Other ad hoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a maintenance officer or handyman, within an Aged Care environment or similar
• Police Check (within last 6 months, or willing to immediately obtain)
• Current Influenza Vaccination
• COVID Vaccination

What you'll get in return

• Monday – Friday, Full Time Hours (76-hour fortnight)
• $26.43ph + Superannuation + Salary Sacrifice
• Permanent position with leave entitlements
• Uniform allowance
• On site tools & phone provided
