Your new company
This role will be working with a maintenance company based on Sydney's Lower North Shore. Due to a growth in business they are looking for a Service Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be working with a close knit team and will be have the opportunity to take on new opportunities as you progress in your career

Your new role
Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling field technicians to jobs in a timely manner
  • Ensure response times are accurate
  • Effectively communicate with customers as needed
  • Arrange external contractors for after hours/ weekend work
  • Replenish materials in warehouse as needed

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Strong communication skills

What you'll get in return

  • $70, 000- $75, 000 + super
