The NSW Barefoot Water Ski Club has rallied three super coaches to mentor keen barefooters of ages ranging between eight and 50 next Thursday and Friday.
Current Australian Trick Champion Brendan Paige, ranked second in Australia and seventh in the world, will be among them.
Ten times Australian Champion and twice third in the world, Pete O’Neill, as well as Australian Junior Team Assistant Coach and NSW Team Coach, Brendan Chattaway, will also be there.
The tournament starts about 7.30am Saturday with up to 40 competitors from juniors to veterans expected. All competitors complete two slalom and two trick runs.
There’s a pro demonstration including jumps and tricks from 5.30pm – spectators don’t want to miss this.
The coaching clinic and tournament will take place at the Forbes Ski Dam across the four days.
Spectators are invited to come check out the fun.
