Driver disqualified, low range PCA

A 24-year-old Wandary Lane man has been fined $700 and disqualified from driving for one month for drink driving.

Nathan Phillip Forrester pleaded guilty before Forbes Local Court to driving with a low range PCA in Flint Street in March. 

A Random Breath Test conducted by police returned a positive result.

Forrester was placed on a Mandatory Interlock Order for two years. 

A 34-year-old has also been fined $700 and disqualified for 12 months after driving a motor vehicle with a suspended licence.

Nathan James Battishall of John Girdham Place was travelling along the Escort Way at Eugowra on April 4 when a passing police car detected his registration as cancelled.
