On Sunday 6th August we held a clay target shoot for members of the Bankstown sports club.
There were 27 members and 1 local person took part in a 50 target shoot. The results were, Squad one, Yarth Grant 13-18 total 31; Shane McSavdney 10-13 total 23;Sasha Milenkivic 5-5 total 10; Keith Whitley 9-11 total 20; Richard McRea 2-1 total 3.

Results of the Forbes S.S.A.A. sporting shooters .22 rimfire rifle shoot held on Sunday August 6, The weather was cool with a strong breeze from the north west at 18kph and the temperature was 16degrees.
There were 13 members in attendance. Brian Neilsen and David Coleman put the Bankstown members who shot clay targets and then shot the .22 targets under guidence.

The next S.S.A.A. sporting shooters .22 cabilre and other rimfire rifle (.22 magnum or.17HMR) shoot will be Wednesday 16th August at 3pm. The next Sunday will be Sunday 20th August starting at 10am at the Bedgerebong road range. All target shooters are welcome. Any person wishing to try rifle or shotgun shooting can take part after filling out a P650 form at the club, Juniors must be 12 years or over.

The next shoot for the Forbes S.S.A.A. sporting clays will be held their 75 target Handicap five stand shoot on Saturday 12th August starting at 1pm. On Sunday 13th August a 100 target off the gun field shoot will be held for the Tim Lynch Memorial Shield shoot starting at 9.30am.
