Grenfell had not been beaten in two seasons when Eugowra met them in the grand final at Condobolin.
The Geagles put the first points on the board in the game with an exiting try from Casey Jones.
The girls passed the ball out to Casey who ran 65m to put it down in the corner.
It was a long kick for Amelia Davis which fell a little short.
With eight minutes remaining in the first half the score became Eugowra 4 to Grenfell 0.
With only seconds left of the first half the Geagles passed the ball across to Bellle Wykamp who crossed the line. The kick was waved away. Eugowra 8 to Grenfell 0.
Mikala Mongan made the first move in the second half – she made a break and passed the ball out to Jemma Howell, putting her over the line for her first try of the season.
The wind had picked up and the conversion fell short to give Eugowra a 12 - 0 lead.
Mikala scored herself another five minutes later, this time Amelia's kick was successful bringing the score to Eugowra 18 Grenfell 0.
With six minutes remaining on the clock Grenfell put their first points on the board.
It’s been a great season for the Geagles – the teams thanks their coach Jordie Hartwig as well as Michael Dumesny, Jake Eppelstun, Geoff Herbert.
