Thursday evening is still the most popular time to play.
Last Thursday there was a real bottleneck on both nines, with some players determinedly finishing in the dark.
But things will get better.
The greens were being prepared for the big Nissan Classic weekend.
This meant that the ball ran true on your chosen line.
It is just unfortunate that many players could not see the right line.
But overall the scores tell us that the players are generally doing well.
Once again to repair your pitch marks on the greens, and take a sand bucket to fill in the divot holes.
Some players may call it their veggie garden preparation!
Keep an eye out for the special weeks, for example the double points rounds.
I don’t know when they will come, but they will.
Enjoy the days now, and enjoy the convivial atmosphere in the Golfie.
