These partnerships are a pivotal part of enabling children to have an enhanced experience.
- Dafydd Thomas
Forbes Public School principal Dafydd Thomas said there was a very positive and proactive partnership across our town with the fantastic centres that work with students in their formative years as they prepare students for their primary education.
From this meeting, staff have developed skills and understandings that will underpin students’ progress into different settings.
Mr Thomas said that meeting with teaching staff builds consistency across the education platforms.
“These partnerships are pivotal part of enabling children to have an enhanced experienced in their lead up to transitioning to school,” he said.
“The Prep to Year 12 educators across our town have a passion for students and strive to prepare them for the future.
“Effectively equipping students with the continuum of skills, enables students to be ready as they transition to their next educational setting.”
