Windows on two cars were smashed on Sunday night, with offenders stealing wallets from vehicles parked in Calarie Road and Gale Street.
A priest interrupted a would-be offender who had kicked in a side door at a local church shortly after midnight Sunday.
The alarms at a facility in Sam Street were also set off between midnight and 1am.
In both cases, it appears the offender left the scene without taking anything.
In a separate event on Saturday night, cash, a laptop computer and food were stolen in a break and enter at a Farnell Street premises.
There was another break and enter at a Specks Road property. Offenders cut the locks of two sheds and stole tools.
The rear number plate of a vehicle parked in Ferry Street on Saturday night was stolen.

A 17-year-old female has been charged with driving with special range prescribed concentration of alcohol.
The driver was stopped for a random breath test in Harold Street about 3am Sunday.
A 23-year-old male has been charged with assault after throwing a can of deoderant at another person’s head. The incident took place about 10pm Saturday.
