Perfect scores on fly target

Results of the Forbes S.S.A.A. sporting shooters .22 rimfire rifle shoot on Sunday, February 4.

The weather was warm with a north-westerly breeze at 10kph and the temperature was 28degrees.

This shoot was a Fly target shoot held over 25metres with a maximum score of 200 points, a 50metre Rabbit  target shoot with a maximum score of 200 points and the 75metre Fly target shoot with a maximum score of 120 points. 

Range officers were; David Coleman and Brian Neilsen.

The next .22 calibre and other rimfire rifle (.22 magnum or .17HMR) shoot will be Sunday, February 18 at 10am.

The next Wednesday shoot will be on February 21 at 3pm. All target shooters are welcome to attend.

Anyone wishing to try rifle or shotgun shooting can take part after filling out a P650 form at the club. Junior shooters must be over 12.

The next shoot for the sporting clays will be the monthly shoot on Sunday, February 11 at 1pm. This will be a 75 target off the gun five stand shoot.
