Police have recovered the body of a man, believed to be from Sydney, following a search at Wyangala Dam today.

Police from Canobolas Local Area Command were called to Gerties camping area at Wyangala Dam, about about 6pm on Friday, February 9, after a 38-year-old man was seen to disappear underwater and not resurface.
Police said the man had gone to the aid of a nine-year-old boy in the water, who was rescued by a kayaker.
A search began involving local police, assisted by State Emergency Service (SES).
The search of the river and surrounding shoreline continued until 10.30pm when it was suspended.
Inspector Dave Harvey of Canobolas Local Area Command said a man's body was recovered about 1pm today.
Inspector Harvey said NSW Ambulance, police, the SES and police divers from Sydney were involved in the search which resumed about 7am today.
The man's body is expected to be formally identified later today.
Inspector Harvey said the Police Forensic Services Group and Orange Detectives were continuing investigations and a report would be prepared for the coroner.
He added that the SES had assisted greatly during the search and recovery of the man's body.
