The managers came to Forbes to attend a two-day conference, but also fitted in helping out at the gardens and Wiradjuri Dreaming Centre.
At the Community Gardens, the managers built a shade cover to protect a new tomato bed from fruit flies.
Manager Glen Stewart said the plan had been to visit the Dreaming Centre with an Indigenous financial counsellor to help provide financial pointers. Due to the counsellor being unable to attend, they instead talked about the history of the Dreaming Centre and its plan for the future.
Area Manager Josh Walker said each branch gets involved with their communities to support them.
