The local charity walk attracted 92 registered participants with the majority of people signing up on the day, which dawned crisp but sunny.
As of Tuesday, May 15, the event had raised more than $4,200 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
The annual 5km fun run and walk aims to raise awareness of breast cancer and support breast cancer research.
Event organiser, Yvonne Shaw said she would like to thank everyone who came down to Lions Park to support the Forbes Breast Cancer Support Group and the annual Mother’s Day Classic.
Organisers were thrilled with the event and how many people turned up to support them.
