The AusMumpreneur Awards presented by The AusMumpreneur Network celebrate and recognise Australian mums in business achieving outstanding success in areas such as business excellence, product development, customer service and digital innovation.
The awards are designed to recognise the growing number of women who balance motherhood and business.
Stevie created Little Homies & Co as a start up almost two years ago.
Built on a love for rap culture, streetwear and individuality, Little Homies is now stocked in Canada with orders going worldwide daily.
Stevie says balancing business and motherhood teaches organisation and preparation.
“Though it’s not without challenges, the demands of growing a business and family are rewarding,” she said.
For others thinking about starting their own enterprise while raising a family, Stevie has this advice.
“Build a support system,” she said. “My husband and father are my personal backbones to keep me going, prioritise and organise, have a community of other mums in business and always be realistic.”
You can vote for Stevie in the people’s choice awards for excellence in customer service – there are two rounds, in July and August.
Stevie is also in the Rising Star category for businesses two to five years old, to be judged by an expert panel.
The winners of the 2018 AusMumpreneur Awards will be announced at a glamorous awards dinner in Melbourne this August.
