The Forbes group has tentatively booked three dates….two in mid to late October and one in early November.
The Forbes meeting will be held at the Forbes RSL Memorial Club.
Forbes Prostate Cancer Support Group president Dennis Booth said they would try and bring to Forbes a well- known urologist and possibly a nurse dedicated to looking after prostate patients.
An invitation will also be made to the Forbes Medical Centre to select one of its doctors willing to talk on prostate cancer and an invitation will also be sent to a Prostate Cancer Ambassador from Dubbo who is well known for giving inspiring talks.
The Forbes group will also look at the possibility of bringing to Forbes for the night, an oncologist and a radiologist.
