Good win for Geagles against Peak Hill

The Geagles got the day started but the first 10 minutes saw bad handling and lazy defense by the Eugowra girls letting Peak Hill in for the first try by Tiana Riley and she converted her own try.

The Geagles struck back immediately with Mikaylah Dukes scoring and Amelia Davis adding the extras.

Not to be outdown Peak Hill took advantage of the Geagles below average performance and scored again through Tiana Riley and she converted her own try giving them a 12-6 lead at half time.

The second half saw the Eugowra girls playing better football and taking the lead through two tries to Kimmy Bermingham both converted by Amelia Davis

10 minutes to go saw Tiana Riley cross for a very easy try for Peak Hill  and adding the extras.

With only 6 minutes to go the Geagles made the most of a Peak Hill error and Kimmy crossed for another try and Amelia booted the conversion giving the girls a 30-18 win.
