The Eugowra group of knitters have bundled up their yearly donation of wraps, ready for distribution for those in need.

Twelve ladies meet weekly at the home of Helen Perry in Oberon Street, where they knit squares which are then sewn together to create the 45 wraps they have made this year. There are also two more ladies who knit their wraps at home. Those 45 wraps comprise 1277 squares.
This group of women have been meeting for 14/15 years now and Mrs Perry said they would like to thank all the people who have donated such a lot of wool to the group.
Brooke Daniels of the ABC in Orange comes to Eugowra each year to collect the wraps and delivers them to the Orange Library. They are transported to the warehouse at Alexandria for distribution in Australia and worldwide.
The Wraps With Love group has been operating regularly since 1992 and distributed more than 425,000 wraps to over 60 countries through bona vide agencies,
Anyone is welcome to go and knit on Wednesday afternoons.
